A modified Engine.upk that I modified to partially removed post processing permanently. No more need for a Text file , Now with No lose of counter icons!!
Place in C:\steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\CookedPCConsole
or what ever drive you have your Arkham game installed for example in my case its D:\steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\CookedPCConsole
Reminder-Always make a back up of files you replace or mod.
If I have time, next I will work on removing rain/snow.
