to make this mod work with cape mesh, put this code into the console.txt under Binaries: set RAddContentPlayerCharacterMesh CapeMesh SkeletalMesh'Batman_Cape2_Anims.Mesh.Cape_Mesh'
Go to Riddler's Revenge and highlight Arkham City Batman and press F9 once. Go back out to Save Game Menu and go back into game and select Dark Knight Returns Batman. Spam F9 through loading screen. Enjoy!
Requires TFC Installer for UE3: TFC Installer for UE3 at Modding Tools - Nexus Mods
unzip the rar file and open TFC Installer. Select the main Arkham Game Folder, select the MyMod folder and update the Arkham City upks. To uninstall, click uninstall all.
