Better Thugs Pack Now fixed and features upgrades to skins
Sorry to Everyone who could not enjoy the thugs pack originally, I had uploaded it while working on other mods, which caused errors when trying to use it. The texture pack should now work out of the box with TFC installer and give you no more trouble.
Additionally, I've updated a few of the thugs skins to be better from the original version, such as switching out the orange jump suits with purple and green, giving more make up to a few of the enemies, adding more details on the hooded enemies, and giving the titan thugs purple and green pants as well. Also I replaced a character in the game with someone else, you'll have to play through the story again to find out who. ...
