Potential Crash with 'AsylumHD' Texture Pack

For anyone who's installed the 'AsylumHD' Texture Pack as well, the game may crash towards the end of the campaign when entering Joker's party. You can fix this crash by temporarily setting the Texture Pack Support in the Advanced Launcher to Asylum Reborn to progress past this section. This crash happens entirely because of AsylumHD.

Hi, is there an easy path to upgrade from the 2022 mod to this new version? Thanks!

More damages on gauntlets should appear after dead men's point cutscene. They look too clean at the end of the game. Could you add this?

Most likely Asylum HD. It's been known to cause crashes.

I double clicked the advanced launcher (BmLauncher.exe) and a box come up "You must be logged in to Steam to play Batman: Arkham Asylum".
But I am logged in. Wtf? Is this mod bugged?

How do you remove Batman texture files from the texture pack in order to use skin mods? I'm not seeing any of these. All I see are .tfc files.

If you have the skin texture files themselves, you can add them to the textures folder and install the textures.

Alternatively, remove the textures you don't want replaced from the texture pack files. For example if the skin mod is for Batman, remove all his textures from the texture pack folder and run the bat installation with a fresh CookedPC folder/vanilla game files. Then you can run the skin mod through texmod again and it should appear.

I don't see any texture files anywhere even with TFC installer. I know how to EXTRACT files with UPK explorer,  but no idea how to just remove them.

Hello. I'm having problems loading in .tpf files. Specifically, these ones: Arkham Asylum Skins Pack 2 at Batman: Arkham Asylum Nexus - Mods and Community When I launch through TexMod, does not load suit files.

Edit: It has something to do with Batman-skin specific files. I've read through these posts: it looks like you used to be able to de-select upgrading BM's default suit textures. How to do that with this new update, I do not know.

On initial install, everything went great. Decided to faff about a bit with installing ReShade via a central installation for Special K, probably did some other things, too, and for whatever reason, I somehow broke the Advanced Launcher. Everything seems mostly fine, but there's been an added-in scroll wheel for the main page itself, and the scroll wheel for the settings pages is very long, and can scroll to the side. This would be fine, if a bit annoying, were it not for the fact that for the main settings page, everything below the presets is no longer visible.

EDIT: So yeah, it's just Special K having a bit of a fit. If anyone has this issue in future, just disable Special K for Arkham Asylum in the menu when using the Launcher. Then re-enable when launching the game. If anyone knows why it's freaking out, do tell.

Check the disable for specific executables section to blacklist the Advanced Launcher for Special K
