It's likely an issue with the AsylumHD texture pack which you should raise there. If you change texture pack support in the Advanced Launcher to Asylum Reborn, you should be able to proceed past that section. If you can, your issue is definitely because of the AsylumHD texture pack. You can change the texture pack support back to Ultra HD after proceeding past the joker explosion.
I'm having exactly this issue, right as the TV bomb goes off. I'll try the Reborn vs Asylum HD setting and see if this resolves it for me and report back. Loving the texture work though, decided to make a demo/exhibition video displaying how good this game looks.
(Update)
Can confirm the issue is specific to Asylum HD texture pack and the Joker final boss cutscene with the TV (so far) switching to Asylum Reborn allowed me to continue past the cutscene.
Edit: I'm going to see what's going on when I have time. It's possible one of the texture groups doesn't need to be 4K, and is what's causing the crashes.
I had the issue with the TV bomb. I had to drop the preset down and lower screen resolution to get past it. Then it kept crashing on the double titan fight. Sometimes when I'm almost done, but usually right after the first titan charges. Dropping the preset and resolution did not work, I had to set it back to vanilla textures to beat the game.
Hi there, anyone else having any issues with the game launcher only recognising the integrated CPU graphics over the GPU? Tried to change this in windows settings to use my 7900XTX but it still doesn't seem to pick it up. I've seen other posts where its said that this is just visual, however when I try and launch it states "1xMSAA is not supported by the target GPU". Thanks in advance.
Strange one, I disabled the iGPU in the BIOS but still no luck. It did work however when I changed the MSAA from 8x to 4x. I usually have AMD Adrenaline install all my drivers and clear old ones. AMD drivers recently have been pretty good but I'm happy with 4x MSAA anyway.
So, it's ONE bug to fix ten after the HDTP mods will be mergeable perfectly ???... i use as many mods from each of you and have the same respect as moddersfor both of you...
Thanks for all.
For now in the waiting for a fix, i have four folders :p

I'm having an issue with the game randomly going brighter, back to dark. As I'm playing, the game seems to reset some sort of vignette or something, it happens multiple times. I don't know if this has to do with Reshade? I followed the guide, installed the HD pack first, Reborn after, Advanced launcher, 4K cutscenes and the reshade.
If you still want to use reshade, disable the eyeadapation or lightadaptation shader (whatever it was called). That should stop exposure from randomly changing.
I don't understand why the textures have to be loaded in through TFC, whats wrong with the previous method of replacing the textures? From what I understand, TFC can only load in one mod at a time, so those alternate textures won't show just installing the HD Texture Pack 2.0-you have to load those separately. On top of that, I use TFC for other skin mods and such, meaning I can either use the skin mod, or the texture pack. Why is it like this? From my perspective, this doesn't really make any sense; the pervious way of installing the textures was objectively better, they were integrated in the games files, not imported from an external program.
Because it can allow all environment textures to render correctly at 4096x4096 pixels, instead of the previous limit of 1024x1024 for some textures. We're looking at 16 times the resolution for many textures.
Also, tfc installer lets you install multiple texture mods at the same time.
From what I've seen, you can only load one thing at a time, maybe I'm not aware of some new update but from my experience with Arkham Knight, I could only load one mod at a time.
I just did a quick search, and apparently, you can install multiple texture pack files with TFC if it contains the ".TFCMapping" file. I had no idea this was a thing, but I don't think the same can be said for mods that alter the model of an asset in the game. Because all of the mods I have for Arkham Knight change the model of something in the game, and it doesn't let me load in two of them at a time.
Not sure about Arkham Knight, but Asylum will just prioritise the textures from whatever texture mod you installed last. So if you install a batman suit retexture mod after Asylum Reborn, the suit retexture will be installed above Asylum Reborn to take priority.
I'm asking if the previous texture packs you've installed are still imputed into the game when installing a new one over it. (sorry if I sound slow, this is a completely new concept to me)
Does this mod cause some sort of conflict with skin mods? I've been trying to use some and I'm launching Texmod through the advanced launcher, selecting SHIPPINGPC-BMGAME.EXE, and then choosing my skin which I also copied to the games binaries folder. But once I run the game it doesn't work. I'm mainly trying to use the batman beyond skin, and it changes his eye color to red but everything else stays the same. My DirectX version is fine, like I've literally checked and tried everything and nothing is working.
Texmod doesn't work with the latest version of the texture pack. The texmod skins will have to be ported instead to work with tfc installer/upk explorer.
Does this kill the ability to earn achievements or use the overlay on GOG? I am assuming so because when trying to run it, I get a general protection fault, but when I run it from my file explorer, it works and launches with no overlay.

The actual game is throwing the error, not the launcher.
disable AA in Advanced Launcher and/or delete the "ReshadeEffectShaderToggler.addon32" file from the "Binaries" folder.
Either or both solutions should clear up the errors.
There is one file that not HD but HD Texture Pack edits only, perhaps a good point to look at !?:

Have you tried disabling it?
