Does this not work with the advanced launcher textmod feature? When I try to load the game, I get presented with Textmod and then I place the skin on it and click run. But in game, Batman has the og suit.

Antivirus software looks at the exe or dll files (https://www.google.com/search?q=dll&rlz=1C1YTUH_en-GBGB1069GB1080&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) and finds them a threat or malware, TexMod, like I said is no threat to your pc but I will leave that to your judgement.
ChaoticSupermanChaoticSuperman, TexMod is not a virus or malware and is safe to install. I`ve used TexMod for a very long time and my pc is up to date with serious virus or malware threats, therefor TexMod is no threat to your pc.
Thanks for info I was able to download it, but now I having issues equipping the skin, I followed all the steps and have the skin loaded in the Texmod and launch the game but when I start the game the skin is not applied. Did I miss a step?
Hi GameMavrick new to all this modding stuff, but I'm running into issue. I cant download Texmod, my virus protection keeps blocking it, and from the comments I see on the link you posted, they are claiming malware? Can you confirm this safe to download?

also it says reshade is an requirement how do I use that

Also after some research the issue might with directx, I'm reading on some forums that directx can mess with TexMod.
