      Does the psychic version of Sacred Flame look identical to the one found in the base game.

      Yes, in some cases you might need a patch mod. I believe it's called Cleric compatch or something

   Any chance for Arcana Domain?
   This is the closest thing I can find, but it lacks some key things for the build I have been waiting to do.

   Instead of being agnostic, you could add the god Auppenser (god of psionics) or Sardior (Gem Dragon god of psionics).  Both would be fitting in the Forgotten Realms.
