Hey there. I am so sorry for the loss of your bunny pet.
If you send me a picture of how your bunny looked like (something from google is perfectly fine) I can look into it. No promises though! I don't know yet if I will have the time or get the texture even remotely right (I am fairly terrible at editing those).
She passed quite some time ago... but I still hold her dear in my memory. Her name's Maya, I actually managed to extract the texture from your mod using Lslib but I can't seem to be able to repack it correctly... Maybe you can help me? Here is the edited texture by me: https://files.catbox.moe/r5fyys.dds
I actually recreated Maya as a bunny pet in Skyrim too, you can have a look at it yourself (with photos) here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/106337
I renamed the Bunny to Maya (I left all other text strings alone for now) and added the texture. I re-exported it as .DDS, the only format that I have gotten to work was with GIMP, Compression BC3 /DTX5, tick Generate Mipmaps and Gamma-Correction. I am not sure if it is supposed to be that, but it works for me. I have uploaded the file under optional files, should show up shortly.
I had no way to test the texture ingame and wasn't sure how the diffuse map actually looked like ingame. The OG Maya merely had white paws and white belly, white/pinkish inner ears, plus the spots on her face that are actually spot on.
I may further edit the texture if I knew how to repack the DDS back into the main file. Hadn't had any luck with that haha
No, both at the same time will not work. They are technically just different versions of the same mod, so they do not work at the same time. Changing that would require quite a bit of work, so currently it is unlikely that I am going to do this.
I love this mod, is there a chance you could make another rabbit mod? Made after the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, with his watch clock and/or coat. If you can of course, I understand modders are busy with lives of their own, I have tried modding myself and it is hard, so I tip my hat to you.
Strangely enough, when I was a wee guy I did have a bunny called Boo (because my Mum wouldn't let me call him Stew, apparently that was in poor taste).
