If you are having trouble enabling it, use BG3 mod manager to install it Export the mod order, then load your save. DO NOT open the in-game mod manager and ignore 'third party mod' warnings - it's just a label

I do have a question though. I was doing a test run with a female body but male pronouns for science on a different mod. Three of Shadowheart's kisses don't line up. The only way they line up is if I select Shadowheart and have her kiss my character. Sooooo. I don't know what's going on. It is hella weird. Is it because of the male pronouns or is it just a bug?
Is the mod still updating? I'm encountering a LOT of problems regarding clipping and mismatched heights after updating the game from patch 6, where I never had this problem, to patch 8. The targets are the appropriate body type, obviously. I'm also using metamorph on both the target and the kisser, is that the problem, then? Does anyone have this?
Yeah, it seems like both popular shapeshift mods (Ring of Metamorph and Born to be anyone) are broken in that regard. It works when trying with the real character heights. But if anyone has the same problem as me: the mod "Disguise Self - Origins and Companions" doesn't break the kisses!
Yeah most metamorph mods dont actually update the bodytype of the character so the kisses dont line up. What I tend to do is use disguise self to the bodytype i want to metamorph and then do the actual metamorph, that usually works.

I'm planning to stick on patch 7 for awhile and I was wondering if your newest update still work in patch7🥲🥲?
I've tested the kisses and they all work normally on patch 8
