I am happy to inform you that when this Mod is loaded after Druid Quality of Life (which makes recastable spells available in Wild Shape) Call Lightning can be recasted as a Bonus Action while in Wild Shape :D
That's great! I definitely took a simplistic/blanket approach to my comment about compatibility. The modification(s) I made to vanilla entries are pretty slim, so honestly there's a good chance that compatibility is better than I imply. But I'd rather have people pleasantly surprised like you are than mislead them and have them be disappointed.
Maybe in the future I will expand my Compatibility notes to be more robust and explicit. Thank you for the comment!
