This mod features:
- new race with 2 subraces
- 7 new racial skills with custom VFX and icons, custom racial features
- custom CC including stars as accessories (Horns section), custom glowing eye colors, skin colors
- custom Planetouched tag (uses the Rare, Planar tags)
- Planetouched characters bleed silver
