If you report problem, please mention which game version are you using, what mod version. And your entire modlist, most of the time issue are caused by some mod overwriting mine. Move it in load order.
I thought I was imagining things, but uninstalling this mod using BG3MM actually caused my game to be unable to load, even after exporting the mod list. I do not use 5E spells, but I do use the mod Spell Pack. The game is load-able only if I activate/deactivate the mod in BG3MM and not load-able if I uninstall it from BG3MM and deleting the .pak file from the mods folder.
That is not how it works. This mod alters spell, by merely removing isNoConcentration tag from 1 spell. It does not linger in your save files. It will not break your game, and can be removed from ongoing campaign, as I did myself multiple times. If your game loads fine if you disable the mod, but not when you uninstall it, there is something else at play here. Did you disable the mod before you uninstalled it? Otherwise the game may still search for it. Since I cannot even replicate it, I have no idea what stops your game from loading.
The way this mod is set up, BG3MM would warn you if the game is to load the mod even when disabled, and it only happens if I were to overwrite game files directly which I do not do, it means that disabling it is equal to deleting it. My only guess is that your modlist is corrupted, try to move out your modsettings.lsx out of save folder. Then restart BG3MM. Run a game once so it regenerates it. Then close it, run BG3MM and set your mod load order again and see what happens then. Keep original modsettings.lsx incase you want to revert the change.
If you could post your result I will try to assist you further.
"Did you disable the mod before you uninstalled it?" I've dragged it across to the right side of BG3MM. I then loaded a save and re-saved it. No crashes here.
Rather, it seems like the issue lies with the other mod, Spell Pack. I have the SmiteSearingNoCon.pak (from Spell Pack) installed and the game cannot be loaded without crashing if I do not have your mod installed as well.
Seems like it is not the issue with your mod, but rather SmiteSearingNoCon.pak (from Spell Pack), since it probably conflicts with other files or mods.
Yes, as stated in my previous response, they will overwrite each other, as so are incompatible, and can bug things out if both are present. I bit of a quirk of modding.
Hey, friend! Where did you find the original searing smite? I'm trying to modify Divine Smite but I couldn't find its data in Gustav or GustavDev, am I looking at the wrong place? In which file can I find the original spells? Thanks in advance!
Hey again like i said in everyone of your mods : thanks ! Sadly this one doesn't work for me, concentration is still there.. but theres no hurry, i saw that you did the All in One mod which is incredible, so take your time :) I don't plan on using the AiO mod since i think it'd make the game too unbalanced for me, i just want to make some bugged spells or bad spells playable :D Thanks again
Theres absolutely no problem ! Your work is incredibly fast and thanks to you im able to play some spells i love, but weren't worth to play. So thanks ! :)
Could you do a similar mod for Thunderous, Wrathful, Branding, and Blinding Smite? The best would be, in my opinion, to have a toggeable ability to change from one to another (only for level 1 Smites)(so you can't stack all of them together).
Alternatevely, using a level 2 slot, you can change to Branding Smite, and using a level 3 slot you can change to Blinding Smite.
The file is definitely not working properly since i still have concentration on searing smite too. But for me hunters mark still need concentration, so i don't know anymore ahah

When I uninstall this mod, I am unable to load my saves.Nvm, I was dumb I forgot to export my mod list.
Thank you!

Alas, what about Branding Smite & its Tiefling version on level 5, any plan to make an equal ?
