For those wondering. The mod has bugs in patch 8. It causes the new shadow blade spell to not work correctly. This happens with all other mods that try to enable more highlight tooltips in the world. Unsure as to why.
Woohoo, still working as advertised, with the recent/new game Patch 8 update! \o/ ♥ :) (Steam, Manual installation, Mod Fixer NOT installed)
Again, THANK YOUkoute/koutex for this hella awesome and essential mod! Been using it since its release and can't play BG3 without it!! Still appreciatin' ya!!! ♥ :D
For those wondering, this mod works perfectly fine withoutMod Fixer (which has been deprecated since the release of Patch 7, as Larian incorporated its own mod fixer into the base/vanilla game as of Patch 7).
Installation & Enabling Very easy, as it is only 1 file to copy&paste (Manual installation). Following the instructions on the description page. ( i.e. "<drive>:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods" ) Enable the mod by using either BG3 Mod Manager (BG3MM), or the game's built in In-game Mod Manager (IGMM).

Works as of Patch 8, instructions for installation on the front page of this mod (manual install) work and make the mod function. Mod Fixer is not required (at least in my case) and was unneded.
Follow the front page instructions, turn on the game, go to the mod manager and you should see it as enabled and available for use.
Can confirm this, it's working for me too on patch 8. I just normally installed via Vortex. The other highlight mod, Highlight Everything, doesn't work currently with patch 8.
This Mod needs an Update after patch 7. Certain items that are important for plots, are not highlighted at all. Like Bitter Divorce wand for Mayrina's quest and such.
This mod is way better than the other highlight mod one, which will break in many weird and wonderful ways with seemingly no correlation. I just had it break with the choose your stats mod, though that mod messes with Osiris scripting and that's the only one I have that does that? I dunno, anyways this seems to do the same thing but without the clutter, and seems to have worked through every patch more or less. That's the key for any mod; simple reliability.
Just a heads up to anyone using a mod which changes potions, this mod touches them. You'll want to load this mod before whichever other mod you have to ensure you get the majority of the functionality of this mod & your other mod's functions.
Welp, just updated my game (Steam) today for the Patch 7 Hotfix#27 update that Larian dropped yesterday (Oct.1), and I'm frickin' shocked that I didn't have to reinstall a single thing, and all my mods are still working fine ---including this one! ♥---, woohoo! Hella nice! Big W for Larian! \o/ ♥
EDIT(18 October 2024, 2:03PM): Woo, just updated my game to Hotfix#28 today (Steam), and everything is still working hella fine. Didn't even have to reinstall anything, hella nice Larian♥.
