This doesn't seem to load in the latest patch. it won't let me enable it in the Mod Manager in game and it won't stay active in the BG3 Mod Manager app. I have removed it, deleted it, and re-downloaded it several times. This is one of my favorite mods.
followed instructions and it has caused the game to be unworkable. can't talk to npcs, enemies fail to trigger so you can free kill, creating a new character brings up some weird screen.... even caused the game to slow down on pick ups
Is there an update for the new patch? I'm getting a "We were unable to create a working story. Your add-on setup might be invalid." error when I make a new character with this mod enabled.
The updated files should be all set. I had something in there that I forgot to remove. Hopefully going forward they shouldn't have to be updated anymore. Unless they change their API anyway.
The item itself would unlock a spell while equipped. You would likely have to modify the spell by overwriting it with a copy of the spell that just has the adjusted cooldown. You could also potentially add a BOOST effect to the equipment to also modify the cooldown of the spell they are giving you.
So what does the mod do? it lets you transform without using any resource? (no action or anything, so you can transform unlimited times in the same turn)
It will still use all the resources that it usually does. It simply restores your wild shape charges every turn in combat. Outside of combat it looks as if it doesn't use any charges at all.
Thank you for this! Any chance you can toss up some manual installation instructions? I'm on a Linux OS and mod managers don't run for me, so I need to install mods manually.
Thank you so much this will finally allow me to play druid properly however is there anyway we could get some variations such as 3-5 turns just to make it a bit harder to use
It may take some looking into for me to find a way to allow for multi-turn cooldowns, but for now if it is too cheesy for you I have uploaded a version that cools down every combat.
