Yes, the problem is. I had the Tuturial chest and ISF. But none of those mods that add items worked. I had no items in the Tutorial chest. For now i uninstalled it, because i read that some people had issues with both mods at the same time installed.
I was told ISF is the Mailbox and Tutorial chest in one. Now i wonder: If i use ISF only, how do i use it on the Nautilod to get the items there?
That's strange. Definitely had no problems, but it's been a bit since I last played.
This mod tells ISF to only spawn the chest in the camp chest, but it looks like ISF's latest updates lets users force items to spawn in the host's inventory regardless of the settings in the mod:
Added optional user-facing option to always send items to the inventory of the host, overriding mods' settings.
The answer ism they don't. For me at least, i didn't find the items in the tutorial chest, i normally had in there. On the ISF page i read that some people had issues, while having ISF and Tutorial chest installed together.
So i uninstalled the Tutorial chest for now. See how it goes.
I can only tell you what i prefer, once i reach the Camp chest. :D
1) Started test game, summoned Tutorial chest, items didn’t show up. So uninstalled Summon Tutorial chest 2) Started new test game. Stood right next to Chest, items didn’t show up. 3) Reached camp, used camp chest, didn’t show up either
Just booted the game up for the first time in over a month. Updated both ISF and Volition Cabinet. Items showed up in the tutorial chest and the ISF mailbox no problem. Other mods also showed up no problem. Screenshots under the spoiler.
Yes, but if they're not showing up now, then I don't think removing ISF will do anything. Something to try is to load my mod and other mods like it as far down your load order as you can, and then see if they show up then. It sounds like you have a mod that's overwriting the contents of the tutorial chest as opposed to just adding to it like most mods do.
If the box spawns in your inventory, that means the mod is working fine and your issue is definitely your tutorial chest treasure table.
If you don't have SE or its console enabled, and you're still willing to test, a last resort is to just have this mod (or any mod that spawns its items in the chest) and a tutorial chest summoning mod be the only mods installed, and then see if they show up.
Check the console when you paste the code. I noticed that sometimes it copies it as T emplateAddTo instead of TemplateAddTo. Need to get rid of that space between T and E.
Just spawned in my game and it works fine for me:
If that doesn't work, I'm pretty much out of ideas. If you're also having this issue with any mod that adds items to the tutorial chest, then it's safe to say there's some sort of mod conflict happening on your end.
Edit: just thought of one more thing: what does your modsettings.lsx look like while the game is running?
Not SE console. modsettings.lsx. It's found in AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public. Feel free to post the whole thing here under a spoiler tag, and remember to check the file while the game is running.

But then again, several modders already have ISF as a Requirement for those mods i liked to use. So i currremtly try my best to make it work.
When I play again, I'll see if ISF and a tutorial chest summon mod play nice like they used to.
So i uninstalled the Tutorial chest for now. See how it goes.

For ISF, were you able to use that new feature to force spawn the items in the host's inventory?
Can i use those mods of yours, that create items in any kind, also without ISF? Can i also just use the Good old Tutorial Chest summoning?
Are they not showing up when you summon the chest, or are you loading a save where you're standing right next to the chest on the Nautiloid?

Anyway, if i have Summon Tutorial chest only, your item mods show also show up?

What does my SE consol look like? Can you specify that?
Better Loot Mod, didn't play nice with the Tutorial chest. Seems like anything that changes the loot table causes the conflicts.^^
But thanks for teh offer and your endurimg will to help, my friend. You'rte the best. :D
I think you can still use Better Loot, but it has to be loaded before any mods that add items to the tutorial chest.
What if I still have mods that still require the old Tutorial Chest summoning mod? Can i use it alongside the Item Shipment mod?
But this mod will sure go into my collection. I like to play bard combinations anyway. :)
I appreciate the download, and I hope your next playthrough is a fun one! Thinking of doing the same myself sooner or later.
I'm still working on my other mods at the moment, but I'll look into it when I'm done, in case no one else has gotten around to it by then :)
