This is a part of a mini-series that consists of my own personalised edits to companions or releated NPCS.

And with that comes in the Champion Karlach!



What does this mod do
1. Euphrosyne — Hair

Gives Karlach a new hair (a modified version of Rapscallion) with her hair accessories intact.

2. Euphrosyne — Head

Modifies Karlach's head  mesh to have her concept/datamined nose, while I liked Karlach's release face, I also missed her nose so I tried to recreate it and keep it as proportional as possible.

The piercing placements are intact and don't clip.

3. Euphrosyne — Textures

Gives Karlach thicker stylised (with wings) eyebrows that resemble her concept art more.

4. Euphrosyne — Piercings

Uploaded in a separate page due to being NSFW but it is part of this series.

  • Updated the hair UVs so there is no need for texture replacement, now Karlach's hair does not edit any other NPC (This caused a texture difference therefore I'm keeping the original version in case anyone wants to use it)
  • Updated the head mesh to include LODs
  • Uploaded Compatible files with Datamined Karlach both Vanilla Scars and Datamined Textures

PATCH 7 | This is a loose file mod, meaning that it is unaffected by the new Mod System

  • To install, simply drop the Generated Folder in your \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
  • Since Isobel and Gortash share her hair textures, they may look slightly weird as a result. Fixed in 1.05
  • Have your animation setting set to high or you may experience disappearing heads. Now includes LODs
  • In order to install my textures with other textures, download the intended mod first and then download my textures and override when prompted.

Future plans

  • Attempt to recreate some of Karlach's concept armours.
  • Create another short hairstyle for Karlach.
