Fixes and upcasting for Artistry of War & Dethrone

Changes to Curriculum of Strategy: Artistry of War:
- Tooltip corrected: Base game reads 12d6+6 Force damage, the actual value is 12d6+36
- Upcasting enabled: +1 projectile per level
Changes to Dethrone:
- Fixed DC 18 removed, now scales with spellcasting ability
- Can no longer target the caster
- Cooldown reduced to short rest
- Upcasting enabled: +2d6 Necrotic damage per level
This mod is not properly compatible with Dethrone - No Long Rest Needed, No Short Rest Needed for Artistry of War, or Thematic Sights of the Seelie:
- Loading my mod last will cause theirs to do nothing
- Loading their mod(s) last will remove the spell save DC & target fixes for Dethrone, and un-fix the tooltip for Artistry of War; upcasting will likely work but may display the wrong values
- All other features of Thematic Sights of the Seelie will be unaffected
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell effects of Artistry of War or Dethrone.
