Fixes items related to act 3 quests (Orin and Gortash) + Lae'Zel quest related sword

* fix the Monk Amulet in act 3 (To not trigger quest related events)

Version where the barrel is only in the tutorial chest -- No guarantee on this version since I don't have BG3 available right now to test properly but the change is pretty much straightforward
