first use blue to charge, it will provide you some annihilation signals,then ues blue again, slashing wave will be unlocked in you temp spell bar. just read spell descriptions
Just a tip for anyone trying to use XXI, make sure not to set up the vortexes in an area you are not willing to completely annihilate! I just accidentally committed mass murder after a combat in act 3 and had to reload the game XD
EDIT: Just wanted to clarify, The class story tags that give you dialogue options and such. Like barbarian getting barbarian options, and Karlach getting Karlach options, etc. Does this class have any assigned to it?

you can level up to LV12 but not LV13.
