    How important is Dr.Kekyll's grappling framework to this mod? Because I cannot seem to unzip that mod's file. I did ask about it on their post, but I am not sure when I'll get a reply/if there is a fix. This mod seems really interesting tho and I'd love to play it.

      They use the file extension .7z rather than the universal .zip, so if you go the route of extracting and installing manually vs. using a mod manager to import the .pak, then you'll have to use 7-zip. But to answer your question in the early game and beyond, being able to grapple is very important for getting bites, and therefore blood, in combat.

      I had the same issue. Grappling framework wasn't loading correctly. I found a work around in-game. I toggled the non-lethal passive for combat and feed that way after opponent is down. So far I found I use that method more often than not even with the grappling framework.

    Hello. I really like the mod, but I found a bug in the mod or the claw description is incorrect. "When you successfully make an Unarmed Strike with your Claw and hit a creature that is no more than one size category larger than you, you may choose to Grapple it instead of dealing damage; you automatically succeed on this Grapple check." I can't make grapple attemt instead of damage, I can only grapple when I select it maually instead of attacking.

    i just ask now because the game dosent give me the informations... i play ghoul and im lvl11 and my damage is dog shit... i use tavern brawler but it dosent shows up in the skill, or in the stat window. then i testet it with monk and dex. same problem?

    my char is lvl 11 and makes only 25 max damage a turn? like wtf gale makes with his strongest spell 20-100damage

    also on the second lvl of the cals it just gives live?

    I'm not quite certain where to put this. My "fix" is overwritting logic from the grappler framework, but I think it only becomes a big issue when combined with this mod (because vampires can grapple as a bonus action).
    I've found that the AI will always attempt to break a grapple. Even if they have no intention of moving anywhere that turn. (I am using modded AI, so I'm not sure whether vanilla handles it differently)
    Which means (at least on early levels, I haven't gotten far enough to determine how extra attack will handle it) I have effectively a resource-free stun. Because they can't attack for the turn so long as my grapple lands.
    I've currently made a change to make the 'grapple break' only cost a bonus action. But I'm not convinced that's the best solution.

    And thanks for the mod. I'm enjoying it.

    Any posibility we'll get a lvl 1-12 compacted version? rly don't wanna use unlocklevelcurve cuz it tends to mess with alot of stuff, tho still want all the powers from the class (ik its possible to do it myself but im not that tech savvy)

    for some reason the mod isnt working. I believe i have installed every other file that is required, but when i load in a game or even start a new game, i dont see the vampire class

    Are the recommend stats what you actually recommend? I'd figure you'd need more STR to use the grapple effectively

      You can build for either sex or str, and when initiating a grapple it uses an attack roll rather than a str check, but for holding the grapple you you do have to pass athletics checks each round after the first so it depends. Either is viable.

    Can you make an OP version? I really enjoyed your other vampire mods, and the only reason I haven't swapped to this is because I enjoyed being op lol

    I tested the dex-based ghoul for Astarion, and I think the concept suits him pretty well.
    On the other hand, he's the weakest of the group, and his damage is very low.
    I could play with Tavern Brawler and a potion to increase his strength, but that would be a bit of a shame.

    Not sure if other people have had this issue - When picking out Blood Features, trying to select Magical: Blood Magic causes the game to deselect it immediately, making it impossible to cast and gain that Blood Feature. I've got all the required installs for this. Does this happen if the load order is wrong somehow, or is this just a bug?

      seems to be happening to ALL blood features, must have been the hotfix (i set the game to update only on startup but didn't realize there was an update...)

      edit: in my ignorance, i may have tried only subclass related abilities, still, either way, wasn't an issue last time i played...

      edit 2: issue seems to be exclusive to version 0.0.5

    Been playing around with your mod, I love your work. However I'm trying to add spells to the selectable spells for Blood Magic and I can't for the life of me figure out where the list is. Any advice?
