Make the Paladin class a powerful, wise leader who also stands on the front lines of battle, protecting others. This is my personal vision of a Paladin, created for the sake of better playing the role of commander and leader.




Default variant A:

There are many things that a true leader understands and uses: 
+1 feat on every level.

A little bit of magical power is in every Paladin:
+1 Spell Slot (LV2).

Because one style is not enough:
+1 Fighting Style (LV4).

Who would a Paladin be without holy powers?:
+1 Channel Oath Charge, +1 Lay on Hands (LV1, 2, 6, 10).

You have to be fast and withstand a lot of blows:
+1m/3ft movement, 5hp (LV1, 3, 6, 9, 12).

Leader must be smart and tough:
+2WIS, +1 CON, + 2INT (LV4, 8, 12).




Variant B:
Leader like variant A, plus caster:

1 LV1 Spell Slot on every level
2 LV2 Spell Slots on level 5,1 LV2 Spell Slots on level 6+ 
2 LV3 Spell Slots on level 9 and 12, 1 LV3 Spell Slot on level 10 and 11

At level 12 you have 12/9/6 Spells Slots




Variant C:
Vanilla Paladin, plus caster:

1 LV1 Spell Slot on every level
2 LV2 Spell Slots on level 5, 1 LV2 Spell Slots on level 6+
2 LV3 Spell Slots on level 9 and 12, 1 LV3 Spell Slot on level 10 and 11

At level 12 you have 12/9/6 Spells Slots




Variant D:
Variant D is like C plus a bit of fighter:

+extra attack at level 11 (stacking with additional attack from lv 5)




Variant E:
Variant E is like B plus a bit of fighter:

+extra attack at level 11 (stacking with additional attack from lv 5)




Variant F:
Variant F is like B plus also a fighter:

+extra action on lv 2 (Action Surge)
+extra attack at level 11 (stacking with additional attack from lv 5)




Variant G:
Variant G is a bit weaker A:

+1 feat on every level.
+1 Spell Slot (LV2).
+1 Fighting Style (LV4).
+1 Channel Oath Charge, +1 Lay on Hands (LV1, 2, 6, 10).




Variant H:
Variant H is as D plus all Paladin techniques:

Holy Rebuke, Healing Radiance, Inquisitor's Might and Spiteful Suffering at lv 2.




Variant I:
Variant I is as E plus all Paladin techniques:

Holy Rebuke, Healing Radiance, Inquisitor's Might and Spiteful Suffering at lv 2.




Variant J:
Variant G is a weaker A:

+1 Spell Slot (LV2).
+1 Fighting Style (LV4).
+1 Channel Oath Charge, +1 Lay on Hands (LV1, 2, 6, 10).


Variant K:
Variant K is as I plus all Paladin techniques, even these high tier ones and passives.


Variant L:
Variant L is as F plus all Paladin techniques, even these high tier ones and passives. Most op version as for now.

Variant M:
Variant M is as I plus possibility to pick two Fighter Fighting Styles on lv 2.
