Somewhere in the future maybe. I will be making rounds updating my mods after patch 8 settles, but until then I won't be playing the game/modding - unless something major breaks.
You did a fantastic job bringing this head to the character creator, thank you so much! Haven't done a run with him as my PC character, but man is this one of my favorites in my modded heads hoard ;] Thanks again!
Out of my own curiosity, as I've never ported a head from the elf/half-elf/human/tiefling body type to another one, I gave it a shot, and can confirm - big ol' neck seam and a floaty space between neck and chest. That, and all the hair I have - modded and vanilla - fit in the wrong spot, so every hair style has this kind of cut-off Friar Tuck situation where the hair that should be on the top of the head is underneath the head mesh, giving a balding appearance. Which...maybe that's ~a look~ when you're undead??
This would deffo (and probably obviously) need to be re-worked to fit onto the Githyanki/Undead body type, but just in case anyone else had any curiosity like I did...there you go XD
Hell yes!!! Any chance on a Tiefling version down the line :P If not all good just love how cool this looks. Perfect for a Warlock or Drow that PO'd Lolth!
Tested it with horns and it looks pretty good, sans horn pits, but with long hair you don't see it anyway
Hey there! You can technically make it happen for yourself if you use Lynstence's "How to Patch Cosmetic Mods for Custom Races" tutorial. Takes a little work, but their tutorial is very thorough and easy to follow step by step. I just tried it, and can confirm the head works with the Tiefling BT2/body type 2, though, again, like you said, it's missing the horn pits.
I'm not familiar with Blender myself, but I suppose that would be the next step, using Blender to add in the horn pits, though I personally don't know how any of that would work. That being said, there's a lot of tutorials out there to get started, and if I - someone who has never made a mod in her life - can figure out the coding part of the tutorial linked above, I'm sure you'd be able to make it work, too, if you're fine with using hair to cover the no-horn-pits parts! :D
This is great! Is there any chance of getting a version with the grey/brown drider skin still on his jaw/neck? (I don't even care about it not blending with the body.)

Alas, that mod uses the gith body type, so the head would have to be remodeled slightly to be usable, so no easy port :(
