Q. Why there is no two versions like before? Why don't you integrate Honour Features Unlocker like before? A. Honour Feature Unlocker mod leads to bugs that I can't fix. If you want to play honour mode and save your game, there is mod that permit you to save. Just use it.
Q. I want to have Honour Features/Legendary Actions in my Custom Mode, can I? A. No. I'm sorry. Edited: In Patch7 you can do it.
Q. Can I install it on existing saves? A. Yes, change difficulty to make stats change.
Q. If I want to play this mod in Honour Mode, what should I do? A. Just install and play, but I don't know if it works as you can't change the difficulty and refresh state of creatures.
Q. If I already installed Honour Features Unlocker, should I remove it? A. I don't recommend you to use this mod right now until the author fixes some bugs.
Q. There is no difference when I used this mod in my honour mid-through. A. Because you can't change the difficulty to refresh the stats. But maybe there are other ways to make it work like go to another scenes but I haven't tried before.
Q.Where is your enemies enhanced stronger bosses version? A. Sorry I don't support it right now.
Q: How to Update? A:Just overwrite mod and change difficulty to work. If you are in a mid-through honour play, just use the honour safe version.
Q: How To Uninstall? A: First delete "Stronger Bosses" no matter which version you downloaded, then download "Uninstall Mod", enable it and save your load, then delete "Uninstall Mod".
Hi, thanks for the mod! I just installed the mod, and then started a new Honour game. How do I know if it is working? Currently all the way to the goblin village, I haven't felt much difficulty change or noticeable HP boost to enemies compared to former Honour runs.
I completed the game with your mod, and I have only couple of questions: 1) why did you give acid vulnerability to almost all main bosses? Memes? :) 2) (Not a question, but a suggestion) I played in a party with friends, and some bosses and fights are still pretty easy (yes, it's too easy to play in a party, although some fights were interesting even in a party). However, I have completed the game with solo character about 5 times and want to try solo with your mod. I mean, you can make two versions - leave the current version and add a second one with even higher stats for enemies, etc. But this is your mod and you decide how and what you want to do, I'm just writing a short review.
So that's why I recommend using Combat Extender mod. Adding acid vulnerability is because acid spells mostly sucks and bones shall react with acid(memes.)
I see that u dont recommend to use the Honour Features Unlocker, but I still want my enemies in hard core mode to have the extra skills of honor mode. How can I do this?
If I dont want to start a new game( mid-throught play ), please tell me how can I prevent the conflict between Honour Features Unlocker MOD and your MOD? does the load order help? should I put Honour Features Unlocker MOD below your MOD or above your MOD? Thank you!
where do I find the changes this mod makes, im trying to figure out why certain enemy hp arent adding up properly while using TACTICIAN PLUS and TACTICIAN ENHANCED mods. for tactician plus im only using the 30%base hp to remove the fake +2 to enemy rolls and for enhanced im using 10% more hp and 1 extra action
Tbh ive seen this guy ask this question on multiple increased enemy difficulty mods (encounter overhaul etc). He seems traumatized by some encounter with this creature...
Hey! I've gone through a playthrough with this mod on Custom/Honour mode and the added challenge was quite good overall! However, I just want to mention that Lorroakan seems quite overpowered. Since the fight can start with a cutscene that bunches up the party, I got pretty much wiped out by him casting Cloudkill + upcasted Fireball, doing about 100 points of AOE damage. After that he still had a *third* single target spell too. I couldn’t save myself with the invulnerability dome, because he also used Counterspell twice in a row. I had to restart at that point. Raphael was also quite a challenge with this mod, especially with his reaction in ascended form. However, it was still *just* about doable for me and the mod has made that battle, as well as some others quite memorable, so thanks for the fun experience! :)
Illithid Black hole and something that knocks the enemies off their feet, like fighter attack with superiority dice solve trouble with Counterspell and with ANY reaction. The other thing is that some enemies don't get knocked down, stunned, or disoriented after all. But, Lorroakan and Raphael are not one of them.
I think some bosses (like Raphael) definitely need some HP reductions, the fight can drag on for too long and then the epicness kinda goes away when it's just you and your party surrounding the boss and whacking it for however many turns until it dies, long after all the mooks and other interesting mechanical stuff that made the fight fun are dealt with.
But I do understand that there's people running insane burst dmg builds too, who these fights are probably meant for. Maybe an optional version with reduced HP for those with less dmg-optimised builds could be implemented?
I think the Raphael fight is kind of boring right now because after you destroy the soul pillars, he just multiattacks, and there are a lot of ways to stop him from doing that effectively. The spellcasting phase is fun and dangerous, the multiattack phase, not so much. I think the fight would be better if the pillars of souls were more durable and Raphael had fewer HP to compensate.
There is funny option to leave Baltazar to Dark Justicars' mercy - you open his room, run away and close door in room, where Baltazar will fight with DJs. There is one problem - DJ's have Radiant refort passive, so, if Baltazar use radiant version of Destruction wawe spell(maybe he resive it from Enemies Enhanced mod), he take a lot of force damage and maybe kill himself instantly.
How are you supposed to survive Ansur's ult after he destroys the crystals in the arena? I managed to get by with a lot of healing but I'm curious what's the intended solution supposed to be.
