I want to thank everyone who has offered such kind words and encouragement, it really has meant the world to me and made my debut into modding really wonderful!
I will update this mod a bit slower now that I have most of the things I want in it, so you don't have to keep downloading new updates all of the time.
I'm currently working on what will be the last preset additions, so if there's a certain type of face you'd like to see feel free to suggest it and I'll consider adding it to the roster.
I love seeing pictures from people using these presets, it really makes my day so feel free to post them :D
Thank you so much for making such gorgeous but "realistic" faces! I am usually very very picky about face mods because most of them look like they came out of Instagram LOL but I checked these and they are beautiful but still very lore-friendly and don't break my immersion in the game. I also appreciate they are ported to my Durge's body type (the strong one), and I loved Julian's face so much now my character uses it!
Hey, I like this mod. So much so that LillyBird and I included it in Listonomicon.
"Listo" is a Wabbajack-powered mod list, that works almost identically to Nexus Collections but uses a community alternative to Vortex to help users download mods from Nexus, put them in the correct order, and prepare their game to play. No mods are repacked, stolen, or distributed directly - users are still directed here, just like with Collections, to download from your Nexus page and ensure you are given the proper download credit.
Due to confusion over what Wabbajack is and what it does, users at the Down By The River community encouraged me to give a courtesy "heads up" to the authors whose work is included in Listonomicon. And to assure them that per Listonomicon's install instructions, users are explicitly told to direct their bug reports issues to us first as mod authors (like you) don't want to deal with being inundated with help requests or bug reports from users with 300+ active mods.
You can read a little more about our project on Github, though the preferred way to access Listonomicon is via the Wabbajack gallery. A list of all included mods are here. A synopsis of the philosophy of Listo and what we are trying to accomplish (and avoid) can be found in our Whitepaper on the first two pages, and is elaborated starting page 17 "List Philosophy."
If you have any concern about your mod being included in Listonomicon (which is still downloaded from this page, and credits you as the author), please send me a message via Nexus's PM mail. I'm not sure how to get notifications if someone has replied to a comment.
I'm really picky when it comes to faces, thats why i have the habit of using the same face for ma bois. But i must say, i like ya faces and ready to try them out. They are not over the top, well fitting and natural (only way i can explain it ^^") Pretty hard to find some face mods that work well with beards and are also suited for older characters. thank you
I downloaded that makeup mod and it shows up on my end, let me know how it goes for you! My suspicion is that the filepath has gotten messed up somehow.
No worries I use imagus so I get a big version when I hover over the image! Yeah the filepath isn't right, it should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Atlas\Resources
Yeah tattoo and makeup mods work differently than pak mods, and shouldn't be downloaded with a mod manager. They're "loose files" that you manually drop into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data folder. Usually you'll notice that you get a Generated folder when you unzip them. That's what you want to place in the aforementioned spot in your files. If you already have a Generated folder there, drop the new one in and let it overwrite the other one if prompted (it usually merges their contents).
I hope that was clear, it can be a bit confusing and scary in the beginning.
Ok so I am using an alternate patch for steam on D drive. Same thing.
Unless the mod itself is file path specific which would be a new thing. Then it is the same as your head mod here. I can get yoru head mod to work no problem.
Aside from the Alternate D drive path. Do you see anything else?
I think it shouldn't matter too much if it's on your D drive instead, from the first image I'd go forward like this: steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
Right now it's in your local AppData, using the same filepath as a pak mod. That won't show up since the makeup mod is a replacer.
Now I have to figure out how your got your hair so dark in the other image of yours. Because mine always looks like an odd grey and never fully dark. Still trying to remake your preset here.
I just want to thank you SO MUCH for making your custom heads work on the strong body types! These heads are gorgeous, and tbh made me start up a new game to use them. Thank you thank you thank you.
Hi, I am not sure if you can help me or if I just must do a new save, but I updated your mod to the 1.4 version and the menu pops up that I'm missing your mod and I ignore it and click load save anyway however I keep being forced into a main menu loop. It won't allow me to load my save because it takes me back to the main menu repeatedly. Should I just downgrade the mod? Any help would be appreciated if you don't mind! Thank you!
I don't know if I installed the wrong one or doesn't wrong but the eyes don't have any maps attached? is there something else i need to install to work alongside it? the characters look amazing btw
Thank you :D You probably downloaded one for Eyes of the Beholder! It uses a separate material that comes from that mod. You want the "Baldurian Beauty - Base" version.
Thank you for this positively beautiful mod! I noticed a quirk with the Ezekiel head on body type 4 on my wood elf Tav. The very center of the bottom lip is stuck between the two bottom front teeth. I only noticed it in my new playthrough when Tav would visibly cringe/grimace. The top lip and the rest of the bottom lip moves normally, it's just a tiny portion that seems to be stuck

I can never get any of them to work. like ever.

I am pretty sure the makup version does not require Tav.
Trying to reduce any mod conflictions.
Oddly any makup or tattoo mods do not show up. None.
Edit: Did you download "makeup replacer" from the optional files of Tattoo collection by Mari? It's the one that works without UniqueTav.
I downloaded that makeup mod and it shows up on my end, let me know how it goes for you! My suspicion is that the filepath has gotten messed up somehow.

Oh wait..... here my bad.
I see why it did not make sense the first time.
What do you see now?
This whole time I was using the file patch provided by Mod manager.
Then I go and do what you suggested :D

This one:
To get it really dark, use greying set to black 100%.
I will install that mods you mentioned and see how it turn's out.

Yeah, I just wanted to add that I'm having this issue as well.Strike that, I'm personally a dum-dum and it was an ID10T interface issue *facepalm*
Thank you for this lovely mod, though!
Doesn't seem to work for me.
I'll be damn, nevermind.
