    I wanted to add a comment here for the people struggling to get the mod to work. Download the mod manually, extract the files, and move the Public folder into the Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Baldur's Gate 3/Data folder. ONLY the Public folder. You do not need the original folder or the Data folder the mod comes with after extracting.

      It comes with the manual download. You need 7zip or another extracting software to extract the .rar file then you'll find the Public folder

    Use this code in the script extender console. It's a native command; no mods are needed except for the script extender itself.

    It removes veins, fixes teeth and eyes, retains scar selections, and is permanent after saving.

    RemoveStatus(GetHostCharacter(), "TAD_PARTIAL_CEREMORPH")

    To revert (thank you WoozyJacuzzi/geniusgriefer)

    ApplyStatus(GetHostCharacter(), "TAD_PARTIAL_CEREMORPH", 1)

      Is there an opposite to this? To apply the appearance changes back? (Also yes, this does just work, thank you.)

      I have since found the command to properly reinstate the physical appearance back to normal Half-Illithid for anyone else wondering. Credit to geniusgriefer.

      @deliriousjuicebox I don't play BG3 anymore but it sounds like you're trying to use the command in a multiplayer save? Are you the host?

    New to modding - how do I fully remove this mod? Want to go through with a clean slate, but not sure what all to delete.

    i installed the mod and it was working fine but it stopped working. i tried to remove the public folder and reinstall it but it didnt work. are there any mods that conflict with this one?
