Hi! I'm out of town atm so if there's a new hotfix out, I haven't been able to test it yet. I can't find any info on it, so idk if they updated anything with the Tharchiate Codex but I'll take a look when I get back. Was this remover previously working for you and then stopped working, or is this a brand-new download for you?
I did some testing and I can confirm that this remover still works for me on the latest Steam version, v4.1.1.5022896. I haven't been able to find any info on a hotfix #26 being released so I don't think anything has changed for Tharchiate Vigour.
My usual suggestion would be to check using only this mod (plus Mod Fixer) installed, but I'm assuming you're running other mods on your save so this isn't really feasible, lol. Instead, you can try placing this mod at the very end of your load order and see if the VFX gets removed then. If yes, then something is likely overwriting this mod earlier in your load order.
