    Previous Updates: - As of update 2.6.0 (Patch 7) there is a new UUID So don't update if you have an old save on patch 6 using previous versions.

    Update 2.6.7

    • Fixed a bug that allowed the use of Unholy Smite Reactions without available spell slots. As a result of this fix, the reactions no longer display the required spell slot level for Unholy Smite Reactions. To address this, reaction names now indicate their corresponding spell slot level. Additionally, all Unholy Smite Reactions now populate your hotbar (the mini-icons on the right side of your hotbar), you will need to uncheck any unwanted reactions in the reactions tab.

    This is an amazing mod, thank you so much.

    Would it be possible at all to do something similar to this where you add Spiteful Suffering for Blackguard like you've added Unholy Smite? I would appreciate it immensely.

      I won't be making anymore adjustments to this mod, nor anything in regards to Blackguard.

    Amazing mod! Also, is it intended that I get hurt when casting this spell as a Blackguard?

      No idea, I didn't make the patch for Blackguard and I've never used the mod. But the normal unholy smite, this doesn't occur.

    hey i am using the version "Unholy Smite - For All" on patch 8 and in the reactions tab any Unholy Smite that uses a spellslot above level 1 shows up as "not found"
    any idea how to fix this?

      I can't replicate this. Is this on an existing save or new game? You might need to respec and see if it shows up or completely remove the mod and then re-install.

    Is it possible to add scaling past level 12? I'm using the Unlock Level Curve mod, so it would be amazing if this could go up to a level 9 spell slot!

    The reaction it adds does not use a spell slot.. is it a bug? is it intentional? if the latter it seems unbalanced.

      It doesn't use a spell slot if you miss. Reminded me that I haven't uploaded the newest version from mod.io which fixed the reaction consuming a spell slot even on miss and when the reaction hit, it was consuming two spell slots. Also what version are you using?

      I just  tested it again ,it consumes lvl 2 spellslots and then if you have not lvl 2 spellslots it consumes nothing..

      Thank you for this awesome mod. Still in the same turn when you are attacked many times the reaction either Unholy Smite I or II uses lvl 2 spellslots if you have the slots first and then when you have no more lvl 2 spellslots uses no resources at all

    Hello!

    First thank you for your work! really appreciated!

    I previously downloaded "the wrong" version (for all) and I only wanted this on the blackguard.

    Is it safe to uninstall and replace with the blackguard only version?

    I have several multiplayer games in // with my mod package I wouldn't want to mess the saves :D

      It should be fine to uninstall mid playthrough if non of your characters have the spell. If they do I would respect before removing the mod.

    Does this come with "Improved Smite" talent at lvl 11 converted to Necro damage for Oathbreakers?

      No, that would be my other mod - Beyond Divine Smite which changes Improved Divine Smite to necrotic if that's the damage type you choose.

    This works for me, but the icon doesn't show, it's just a blank square in my hot bar. I'm not sure if this is a patch 7 thing or if maybe I have mods that are causing it?

      I think I found it, it was an error on my end converting the mod to nexus. Try version 2.6.1 and let me know if that fixed it.

      Now it's not working at all, it's missing from my hotbar and not in my spellbook either. Could it be because I have the mod Start with Oathbreaker?

      Glad you like it, Was able to get the oathbreaker version working. Need to do some more testing for the All Paladin version.

      I'm using both your Beyond Divine Smite and Unholy Smite (for all) mods, and I've come across an issue. I'm playing as an Oath of Devotion paladin. At level one, I got the Unholy Smite/Necrotic reaction as normal. I just hit level two, and I picked radiant for my passive/damage type. So I figured I'd ignore the unholy smite/necrotic skills on my list of class actions, and just use the Divine Smite radiant variant. It's showing that I have the radiant reaction on my skill page, but when I open up my reactions tab, it's only showing unholy smite reaction. Is this just a display issue? Or is my reaction still going to be the necrotic version whenever an enemy triggers it? Or since I picked divine at level two does it overwrite the necrotic version? I'm a bit confused.

      The two shouldn't conflict because they make adjustments to different levels so I'm not sure about the missing reactions. When I tested it, I couldn't replicate your problem. I went Oath of Devotion and used Beyond Divine Smite and Unholy Smite for Paladins and both reactions show in the reactions tab. Maybe its a load order thing? I have Unholy Smite before Beyond Divine Smite.

      Yeah ill wait for it and also u think the custom icon thing will work on subclasses and classes that lost there icons and stuff. alot lost them and i doubt they will be updated

      Hey, I believe it needs a new patch because it has a new UUID (Unique ID). I just haven't gotten around to it but I should have enough time coming up to create the patch. As for the equipment mods I'v been busy trying to figure out a way to code something for the Act 3 ranger equipment and its been giving me some trouble so I'm having to make some compromises and change some things. After that's done, I have some minor bugs fixes to release and then I will start working on the Wizard equipment mod - Wands and Weave (Not sure if I will actually implement wands).

      Sure. No worries. I just wanted to make sure about that patch. I still have to finish my current playthrough, but for my next playthrough I was thinking of being evil and making Minthara a blackguard. haha

      Funny you should mention Beast and Bow since ranger is my favorite class. I'll be interested to see what kind of changes you're planning. Thanks a lot for your hard work, and making these mods.

      When I tested it, it works. I will be attempting to bring this mod to the in-game mod manager this week.
