   Woah these just arrived? I'm getting ready to finally play this on my new PC, looking for mods and these will come in handy.
   
   I just want to make sure, permanent is permanent? Even after long rest? I know they won't override each other. Just curious about the long rest. (I overthink)

      Yes Permanent means, they does not dismiss on long rest
