War Charges:
Now 2 granted at Level 2, two more at Level 5, one more at Level 8 and another at Level 11
Removed the 3rd attack passive from the main version of the mod, an optional version that has it at Level 11 has been added.
Added a new feature at Level 5, a unique version of the War Caster feat, giving advantage to concentration saves and also a reaction allowing you to cast Level 1 Inflict Wounds at a target leaving your melee range.
