Hey Koriik. I'm looking for a little clarification. The description states that ImpUI is a requirement, however ImpUI is no longer being maintained. Is ImpUI still required? If so, is there an alternative version that is being maintained? Sorry if this has been asked/answered previously. Thanks!
whats the benefit to executing these mods with or without script extender? what is happening on the back-end that could cause more or less bugs or problems? Are there different use cases that are common that would make someone want to choose one vs the other? is using script extender better or worse for implementing mods like this?
It acclimates all Race Types (+modded), and thus will remain supportive regardless of version control, due to it being duplicative of the original Early Access deities. BG3 Toolkit can achieve a catch-all far superior to Script Extender without code prose.
I don't like script dependancy. I wanted this mod to remain inclusive and supportive of any patch version, especially for Mac users.
ok that makes sense. So why would anyone want to use script extender than for something like this if you can make it natively and without the potential for incompatibility down the line?
Check out AshlynnMods' deity mods, does what you want. Will add a non-curse immunity variant for those unable to Script Extender soon, as well as the translations.

(I just started a new game recently and was wondering if it was worth starting over) are we talking about a handful of lines for each deity or a dozen or so lines or are we talking hundreds of lines of content for each deity? Is it all flavor for conversations without changing outcomes or does it give you new outcomes or ways to complete quests?
Going to try it either way because this looks great! but, again, I didn't want to redo a months worth of a play through for a few lines of dialogue with Ethel when I'm about to enter act three
Russian localization. Translated (more like borrowed the leftover lines in game files since EA) only newly added gods as the old ones doesn't need it (they get translation from the game itself, not from mod).
Yw! I've not much time atm, but for xmas period -- Working on Tav barks for the Shadow Curse immunity as well as some reactivity in dialogue where needed. The dialogue options for Act 3 will take a bit longer, as the tag connectivity is a bit of a mess to be quite honest.
Dumb question, since the purpose of this mod is to allow all races to pick a deity. But... what if I don't want to pick a deity for a certain character?
For example, now whenever I respec any character, Deity is required in the CC menu. Can there be a 'None' option which just doesn't set any tag?
The purpose of this mod is not to allow all races to pick a deity, only to unlock the locked-away deities for classes that select deities (which may include Paladins if you run such a mod, including this mod's alternate).
You have some other mod that is making you pick deity based on race, which is unrelated to what this mod is doing.
