Did a bit of an overhaul- In my efforts to make some corrections, I realized how much of I mess I had made with my original files- so I basically started over and was a lot more careful this time.
Gith now have their own meshes. Trying to figure out why they kept using the human clothes models nearly drive me crazy. I fixed the wide leather belt for the Tiefling tails. I swear Larian forget they have tails when the armor models were made lol.
You may end up needing to clean your save game if you install this new version. I had to. Again.
Someday I'll learn to not test mods on my active play through.
Also, I updated the add-on camp clothes mod for those who like to us it.
no idea why, but the tieflings and gith tweak doesnt let game to load a safe as if the mod was uninstalled mid-compaign. when i have deleted the tweaked version and installed the old one, everything has loaded as it should
I wish I could offer support. I've yet to figure out what goobers my own saves, which is why I've been updates into stand alone mods themselves. I don't know if it's something I'm doing, or if it's something about the base game itself. I don't use scripts or the mod fixer (I don't l know how lol). Best luck I've with fixing my own saves involved cleaning them. (And so far, the game throws a fit when I uninstall just about any mod.)
Hey, so I'm editing another mod of mine and I goofed up my save right? So I reverted back to the older version of the mod. Then I removed all my gear, tossed it into the tutorial chest. After the tutorial chest disappeared, I saved my game and then loaded the updated mod and my save loaded just fine. You might give that a try if it's still causing issues. It's way I leave my old mod versions up lol
I saw on another mod thread, what seems to mess up saves is either changing the internal folder names, or changing GameObject UUIDs (there's potentially other issues, but I think UUIDs are a big one). When the game tries to load, it searches for the previous UUID (or folder structure) and when it can't find it, the game fails to load.
From my own experience, when editing/adding/removing meshes, I can load the save without issue by pointing to the new file as long as the UUID remains the same. If you're having trouble with updates breaking saves, I would try checking to see if you're changing any pre-existing UUIDs.
That doesn't sound right. Can you share a screenshot? It's supposed to make the "torso" region invisible to prevent clipping, but that invisible portion should be covered.
Never mind, I found a missing code. It should be fixed now. Sorry about that!
I absolutely adore this outfit, it's my favorite of the things I've downloaded. I wanted something for my character that would look unique but not too out of place and this is perfect. The only thing I'd wish for is either support for dyes or some different color options.
Seconding this! I feel like Bard clothes/armors are lacking in game (and the vanilla ones are soooo ugly, I don't want your jacket, Volo!), making this dyable would be amazing, but I totally understand if you can't/don't want to.
I want to, I just haven't worked out how to get it working right yet. I tried a few time and got really weird color results, but I think I need to not make every last part of something dyable. I have my permissions pretty open, so if you come across anyone that would want to take take a crack at it, that'd be fine with me.
I am a bit bummed that it isnt the same as the other one. I liked the casualness of the cutoff pants and the more open top with the straps and stuff hanging off the belt. This is still cool ig.
I kinda feel the same, ngl. I'm giving the OG one a little bit of a polish and I want to revisit this one.
Like one issue I had is that Larian didn't make the same pants for females and reshaping seemed like a nightmare*, but now I think I might be able to pull it off. And the female version of the leather straps is part of the whole belt, instead of a separate piece. Which should be simple thing to adapt, but cloth physics go crazy on me when I try to edit those kinds of meshes. On both armor sets, I didn't touch the 3D models for any of the pieces with physics and had to work around them instead. I have zero idea if you know about the back end of making these things, I'm just oversharing
I have tried to do a few clothing items for TMTS for my flat chested body 1 tav, and no I totally get it the physics is a pain. Im excited to see what u do with the OG version ^^
Ok, camp version is ready to go- it's an optional file and relies on the main file.
I'm actually not sure how it's working on Githyanki- it's swimming a bit on Lae'zel and clips in the back lol. Githyanki have a whole set of armors files just for themselves lol
Oh i actually never see the back cuz i use super long hair for them, otherwise it looks great on them! Yeah i think it swims at the front a bit cuz they have a flat chest in comparison to for example elves.
My intention was to have it all end up in the same single inventory container, but I think you're right. I'll see about making it a standalone with it's own container.

No plans for dyes at the moment. Though I don't think it'd be as hard as I think.

Could you make a camp version of it as well?
looks really good

By the way, thanks for this mod
