I absolutely love this mod, but would it be possible to make an alternate varient that would let you create more than one spore zombie at once? That limit is the only bit I don't love about it, and I saw you mention that you wouldn't mind doing so in response to other comments. I would love to be able to take both Owlbears' with me throughout the whole game
This seems to be a bit bugged where in you can animate a 2nd corpse then the first one turns hostile. Thats what happened my 1st servant was a minotaur, then i brought up 2nd servant as Kagha. The minotaur just stood around and seemed to be a regular npc, did not follow nor die, just stood there. After i hit a random druid a bit further away, the minotaur turned hostile. I think it should just have no summon limit and go nuts if you wish.
Is it possible to have this spell as an equipment piece? like as a ring or even gloves - it's such an amazing spell for necromancers who are not playing as a druid >o< thank you for considering this suggestion and keep up the good work!
Would love a ring that gives gluts reanimating spore effect but for any foe, Would feel more like necromancy to raise any corpse you collect vs them just turning into a normal zombie,
prob limit how many you can raise since it would be OP but deff fun as hell
Hey, I love the idea of this mod and thought you could maybe contact the mod author by the name of actualsailorcat who puts out the mod Control Undead Complete which essentially solves the issue of non-controllable pets. His mod fixes the Oathbreaker Paladin's Control Undead spell to make them fully controllable pets. Seems like it's a change most users of your mod would like to see and is personally the only way I'd ever play these mods on honour mode with. Nothing like an uncontrollable "controlled" pet leeroying onto the wrong target and setting of a chain of boss legendary abilities to wipe someone's run.
heyo was wondering if ya could either change it or make a alternate version that makes the raised like a summon or familiar kinda thing so that we could control them and have them just sit to the side of out characters so they just aren't following us and causing random chaos a lot T^T, if ya can't or don't want to that's fine but regardless of that have a wonderful day ^w^
Edit: also for the spell since the only way you can think of that would work to get this effect of controlling the creature what about just fully copying gluts spell like just turning it into a class spell not recreating it just kinda full Ctrl+C Ctrl+V(ik not as simple as that sadly but metaphorically ykwim), but yeah I don't know a lot about coding when it comes to bg3 so I might have to learn a bit more to sound like I know anything so I'm sorry if this sounds dumb TwT
Oof so sorry I just missed the part where ya replied saying ya couldn't get total control but would it be at all possible to have it act like a summon so I can at least unlink them and make them not go in areas I don't want them to go in such as I don't want to 100% leave my druid behind but also want stealth to be an actual option along with various other reasons to not want them going with me everywhere TwT
Do you think there is a way to raise the limit of fungal infestation or have the ability to restore them on short rest in order to effectively raise more?
would it interact in the way I think it would? Where you could have more fungal zombies out than the normal maximum of 4 because you have more charges available. If it works that way it would be great to implement 🙏
If that isn’t possible or is too strenuous of a task, could you make the number of fungal infestations scale with the players wisdom modifier. Or alternatively increase the amount of charges at 11 by let’s say 2 or 3.
I’m just throwing ideas out really. Idk how hard these are to implement as I’m not terrific with coding. If you could make any of them a reality it would be greatly appreciated. Spore Druids need some love
For clarity are you asking for this to refresh on short rest and not be unique? Like this is just a random request mod I've no strong attachment to the balance if you want that I can do it fairly easily
