Thank you and I'm glad you're enjoying it! I do have a version that is fixed at +3 weapon enchantment rather than having a progressive enchantment of +1 to +5. I plan to provide that option for all of my weapon mods soon. I can understand your wanting Melee Caster if you're a warlock but Gwanwr isn't really intended as a spellcaster-only blade. I'm not 100% sure but I believe that Melee Caster would force the wielder to use spellcasting bonus in lieu of dexterity which would be detrimental to non-spellcasting wielders. I have been playing around with a different rapier than would have Dueller's Enthusiasm but Gwanwr is honestly OP as it is and Dueller's Enthusiasm would make it even more so. Thanks again for your input!
Thank you so much for your answe! And yeah, i get your point.
What about making it a light weapon for dual wield? i know rapiers dont work that way but you could just not equip a second weapon if you don't want to and it would change nothing.
It does, and I wish that I could take credit for that but I used the default model and texture for the vanilla rapier Rupturing Blade. I have edited textures in some other games, but I've not tried to do so in BG3 yet. :)
Please explain "broken". In what way? Yes, it is OP compared to weapons found in the vanilla game, but it is not nearly as OP as some other weapon mods found here on Nexus. And while it's true that no weapon in the vanilla game has a native enchantment of more than +3 (which can be buffed by spells or class abilities), DnD 5th-edition (upon which BG3 is based) includes weapons which exceed this. In fact, in DnD 5th-ed +5 weapons are not all that rare as loot when character levels reach 18 or so, and you'll notice that my description states that the +5 version is primarily intended for characters of level higher than 12, which is achievable through certain mods here on Nexus. I certainly don't recommend even the +3 version of Gwanwr for a 2nd-level character on a player's first playthrough on Explorer Mode, but even the +5 version may be appropriate for a 24th-level character on a player's solo umpteenth playthrough on Honor Mode, depending on how you want to experience the game.
yes, its broken compared to vanilla items, it FAR outclasses them even without +5 and +3 instead. Point is, do you want to make an item people who enjoy balanced game would download, or do you want a cheat weapon to cruise through every single fight? Also, dont compare weapons from bg3 to dnd high level ones, since most of those are from panels from the books, and theyre supposed to be strong for story purposes, unless you're talking artifacts, which are beyond any other item, since theyre pretty much godlike weapons. Artifacts do not exist in bg3. People do honour mode, or solo character playthrough mainly to fully strategize they approach and beat the game in an intelligent or cheese way, not to cheat their way through. It's your item, do what u want, but as far as it is for bg3, its a cheat item. And at this rate just make it do 10d10 dmg and crit on a roll above 10 or whatever you like. Why limit cheating when u can just go all in.
So what, some people like to play for fun. Especially when they already have gold dice and want combat over to see other endings. This is nowhere near as powerful as some of the other weapons on Nexus.
Certainly there is room for respectful disagreement, but in my opinion there is no such thing as "cheating" in a single-player or cooperative-play game. Baldur's Gate 3 is not PvP. Personally, I prefer to complete my first playthrough without mods and without searching the internet for hints or guides. I want the game to be challenging and new that first time. On second playthrough I will use internet resources to learn about content I missed during my first playthrough, including hints for solving puzzles that I may not have solved the first time through, which reveal additional content. On my third and subsequent playthroughs I am no longer concerned with a balanced and challenging experience; I've already done that. During my umpteenth playthrough I just want to enjoy the roleplaying aspects, explore every corner of every region, and enjoy easily thrashing those enemies who thrashed me during my first go-around. That's my preferred play style, it's the way that I -- and many others apparently -- want to enjoy the game. If you want to enjoy it differently, by all means do so and don't download mods which give you advantages you don't want to have.
I would also point out that a character using the +3 version of Gwanwr isn't much more effective in combat than a character using the vanilla Duellist's Prerogative (a +3 rapier) and the vanilla Armor of Bhaal (which grants the same Aura of Murder as Gwanwr). So while Gwanwr is a bit OP compared to vanilla, it's not extremely so.

would it be possible to have a version with:
- +3 enchantment
- Gwanwr's Aura / Aura of Murder (passive)
- Needle Sharp (passive)
- Lethal weapon (passive)
- Melee Caster (passive)
- Dueler's Enthusiasm (weapon action)
We can forgo the Improved critical easy.
Thanks and have a good one!

Again, thank you!
Edit: Ignore me - misremembered that you need dual wielding feat
