Enhances the usefulness of Protection from Energy, and brings a minor buff to Protection from Poison

Changes to Protection from Energy:
- No concentration
- Effect changed to overwrite, so one character can only have protection from one type of energy at a time (you can still stack with Protection from Poison)
- Upcasting allows an additional target per spell slot level

- Upcasting allows an additional target per spell slot level
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell or boost effects of Protection from Energy, or the spell effects of Protection from Poison.
