It flows into your brain in shades of burgundy and carmine, bright as the storm-lanterns of Lorroakan's homeland.

The Despair of Athkatla is now Athkatlan Stormcaller, a legendary weapon

Athkatlan Stormcaller

- Raging Thunder: When you inflict a condition upon a hostile target, they suffer 2 turns of Reverberation. If the target is dealt further Thunder damage they can become Dazed.
- Lightning Veins: When you deal damage with a spell or cantrip, gain 2 Lightning Charges. While charged, enemies attacking you will take 1d4 Lightning damage and possibly become Shocked.
- Grant the intrinsic ability to cast:

 Bone-shaking Thunder  

 Bolts of Doom  

 Frost of Dark Winter



- 3m AoE radius/ 12m cast range
- Damage: (1d4 + Spell Casting Modifier) Thunder damage + 1d6 Lightning damage
- Create a 3m water surface
- Turn everyone standing within Wet for 3 turns
- Creature succeeding an Intelligence Saving Throw will not take Lightning damage from this spell. (aka if youre smart enough you know how to avoid lightning strike:)) )
- Cost: Action + Bonus Action (high cost but we know how powerful wet is)
- Cooldown: per turn


Location: The legendary weapon just replaces Despair of Athkatla so it can be found in the same place as before.

An optional file will put a carbon copy of the weapon in the Tutorial chest.
It will have Very Rare rarity to differentiate but otherwise functions the exact same.
Its also not unique like the original so it can be spawned as many times as you want.
You need to install BOTH the main and optional file if you want this cheat version.
