How about Fear? Though admittedly, that one might be a bit more involved. Frightened is a pretty commonly used condition, and I'm not entirely certain as to the interaction with other Fear causing effects. Ideally, they would be affected on a case by case basis (if at all).
The same goes for Banishing Smite, as it concerns the Banished condition. I'm aware the player doesn't normally have access to that spell, but there are modded subclasses which do. To be clear, I would like for Banishing Smite to be affected as well (10 turns) as per RAW.
Minor correction, it's Staggering Smite that players can't normally use (unless you use my Circle of the Land mod), Banishing Smite is available in Bard's Magical Secrets.
I'll give Fear a look though you're right that one might take more fiddling around.
Though this has sent me down a rabbit hole, I need to fix Fear now, and Elemental Weapon is also not correct, I'm sure I'll find something else while I'm fixing those, etc etc. I guess the TLDR is stay tuned lmao

Don't worry about it, that's a Larian issue. I appreciate that you even made the attempt at all, and upcasting was the main concern anyway. I am curious though, is this a typo:
Elemental Weapon: Thunder can now be properly upcast to 4th level

It's not a typo, though I'm not 100% sure it's accurate. Elemental Weapon Thunder 4 has a typo in it in the game files, which I fixed. I didn't actually check if that prevented you from being able to cast it though.
Ah—I see, thanks for the clarification. To be clear, there's no actual point in casting Elemental Weapon using a 4th level slot though, right? (As far as it concerns boosting it's effects anyway.)
