Lmao I have 3 different black dye mods installed now. Thank you for this, I also thought Vantablack was slightly excessive and Aether's a little too light sometimes.
You should be able to get it from weaponsmith in grove (dammon). I copied rest of the data from vanta dye, so I dont remember where exactly they are tbh.
Just get the tutorial chest summon mod, its the most simple way.
Been digging around in the files, seems Mattis has it (should be in last light inn) and some bartender around wyrm's rock (haven't been in act 3 yet so my info is limited) and half a billion traders in act 1.
I will update the mod with some extra locations later today.
I'm in Act I and haven't had any luck with the traders at my disposal. Not Arron, not the Zhentarim trader. Dammon is no longer in my playthrough nor the trader at the globin camp.
I'm aware how the tutorial chest route will just get it done, just wanting to share from my perspective how obtaining the dye is not that easy as perceived by you, at least where I am on my playthrough.

Have you considered doing a Premium White Dye to go with this? BG3 Nexus is severely lacking in light colored dyes.
Thank you so much for this mod!!!
Is it possible to make a version of this mod as a "loose files" instead of a .pka so it can replace a existing vanilla dye?
Thanks!

Should be weaponsmith and jewel trader in lower city (and some others).
