Can you make changes to Dragonborns where they get +2 points in (Strength or Intelligence) and 1 in Charisma??

I was trying to make a mod for that, but I don't know how to make one for changing race feature, and I'm not experience in making mod.

Due to the way the floating bonuses are implemented it's very annoying to do and will break any subclass mods that are chosen at level 1 (cleric, paladin, sorcerer, etc). There doesn't seem to be a good solution for that yet so I'm not going to mess with it, though there are several mods that do like this.

This mod (the one we're on, not the one I linked) doesn't even edit progression lol

While I kinda agree this is OP, and while I generally think this game is way too easy, I think you over-nerfed it. Light armor, imo, is just really bad in the game; I almost never use it. Mage Armor already gives me 13 AC base and I can combine it with Bracers of Armor for 15 AC.

So removing the shield proficiency and the weapon proficiency is impactful, but the ligth armor proficiency is almost inconsequential.

My suggestion is to keep your changes for half elves, but give us a choice between light armor or shields or the weapons for humans. I think half elves deserve the nerf more.

EDIT: I just saw you have another mod that removes Civil Militia from half elves. So I guess we kind of agree, actually.

I figured the weapon proficiency would be inconsequential since any class that would actually use spears/polearms would likely have the proficiencies anyway.

Tbf that's actually true. I guess only the shield prof. is impactful.
But light armor really isn't. There's so many good good robes/clothings. Every one can equip Graceful Cloth or one of the robes that give you better DCs. And before that, Mage Armor is just plain better since you won't even find 13 AC light armor for half of the campaign. And you can combine it with the bracers or shields while light armor can only be combined with a shield.

Yeah I was trying to think of something for it to do that still did something but wasn't as OP and that was the best I came up with. My original plan was to replace it with the Lightly Armoured feat but there wasn't a way to do that without being able to start the game with 18 STR or DEX.

If you have an alternate suggestion that doesn't include shield proficiency I'm open to it, though I don't know how to do anything as elaborate as adding choices at character creation, this mod simply changes the effect of the passive.
