Hi, I've looked through the mod and repacked it. It's working in my game fine so hopefully it's fixed for anyone else. I think there was an error with the actual packing of the mod/version build? It's inherently hard to test mods that change NPC loot - I'm not sure exactly when the equipment is generated.
OrionStarshine, thank you for confirming. I think the issue might have something to do with when the mod is installed during a playthrough (i.e. if you install the mod when the Bhallists are already spawned in, it might not work). As long as my mod is installed before you are in Act III, everything should work fine.

But this is also fun for the non evil Dark Urges. Killing their fellow Bhaalists because they don't want to be evil, and use their armor for good. :D
