After a bit more sleuthing I finally got the Dye to spawn normally. The requirement is adding your Steam account to your Larian account and possibly being logged into the launcher. I don't know if GOG works.

Either way it isn't possible for everyone to do this so the mod stays up.

Would it be possible to add more than 5 pots of dye as a separate version?

If you use WeMod, you can get more than that by having the unlimited items feature on. It does not use an item if you have more than 1 in a stack and, when you split the stacks, you are able to get, essentially, infinite items.

I started using the mods on my second playthrough and it is a nice bonus.

Do I need a mod manager for this? I seem to keep running into issues with the mod managers making my games unplayable, so I have just been using the mods that I can put in manually. And before anybody asks, yes, I have tried using the updated mod fixer, the updated mod manager files, etc. I am probably doing something wrong, but, I am tired of uninstalling and reinstalling files to get my game to work :D

    Thanks!

You realize you can save, try it, and then just reload the save, right?
