I really like the concept of critical miss being a proper equivalent of critical hit, so looking forward to running with this with Patch 8.
Will this work with abilities such as Halfling Luck, Dark One's Own Luck and Portent that can change a 1 into something else though? Also, will it work on critical missed Opportunity Attacks?
I'm only using a handful of mods so I've been installing them manually, any chance you could add the code for the LoadOrder/Mods section of the modsettings.lsx file? I would really appreciate it!
Thanks for fixing and sharing such an awesome mod!
Would you consider having an optional/alternative file that does use a reaction for the attack? Totally understand if that's too much work. Love mod pack and thanks for all these fixes you've added.
Attack of Opportunity is a Reaction which makes it seem like it costs a Reaction yet "Attack of Opportunity" isn't capitalized so it could also be read as like the target having the "opportunity" to make a "free attack" due to the user critically missing.
It'd be nice if people just gave a straight answer instead of trying to come off as a smartass. A simple "Yes, it costs a Reaction" or "No, it doesn't cost a reaction" would've sufficed.
Your questions read like that of someone who did not read the description, I imagined quoting the description would provide the answer. No it does not cost a Reaction, it is a free Attack of Opportunity. Now that I understand the reasoning behind the confusion I will update the description.
