No, the septums use the ivory texture, just like some of the vanilla barbarians' animal teeth jewellery. You'd either need a custom texture to change it to what you want, or change the model's UV map, so it uses a different part of the texture.
would it be possible to get it to use the normal metal piercing texture instead? I've only messed around with texture editing before so I'm not sure if it's a GR2 thing or not
