I updated the mod to fix one of the models. Does the new version work for you? If not, here's what you can try: 1) Do you have any mods installed that edit the vampires' appearance? Or any mods that edit the vampire teeth? Try disabling those mods 2) See if placing this mod at the very end/bottom of your mod load order fixes it 3) Check your BG3/Data/Generated folder. The files in there are always loaded last and will overwrite any mods that edit the same files. The files for Dalyria's teeth can be found in Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Anims\Elves\_Female\Resources
I downloaded the mod to give Astarion the same teeth as tieflings/githyanki teeth, so he'd be a bit more in line with the rest of the spawn, since for some reason, inconsistency like that drives me crazy. However, like the weirdo that I am, I'm remembering how much it bothers me that the tieflings and githyanki share the same teeth models, and it almost has me wishing the githyanki had the shark teeth. It just somehow seems fitting for them. (Please tell me I'm not the only one whose mind drifts like this)
