Update 1.1 : Fixed for Patch 8
For those unwilling or too lazy (like me) to use Unique Tav and Trip's Old Shaders, this mod removes body hair for T2 and T4 (male and male strong) Humans and Half-Elves without any dependencies and works in Patches 5, 6, 7 and 8.
What this mod does exactly is swapping human hairy textures with hairless elf textures using code.
This mod affects the player and NPCs but does not affect Gale or Wyll (as they have unique body textures).
Installation
Use BG3 Mod Manager to install.
I do not provide support for Vortex installations as I do not use it myself.
This mod is safe to install and uninstall at any point during your playthrough.
Compatibility & Issues
This mod is (probably) not compatible with other mods that change the Human Male and Human Male Strong body and genital materials.
Make sure to put this mod at the end of your load order if it doesn't work.
I recommend using the framework Unique Tav Custom Appearance by Kartoffels if you want hairless body with further customization (like body tattoos and such) for your Tav and companions, as well as compatibility between several body mods.
This mod however does not touch on anything related to heads / faces so it is compatible with head mods.
