P.S. I think you should adjust melee flourish a bit to hit whatever you want, just like bow flourish, because right now it require to target only enemies.
When i remove the 1.0.1 Version i have 2 bugs ingame. First the little green lights are not longer shown for the "short rest". And is says 0/0 Short rests, but i can still use 2 short rests per long rest. So only i visual bug. The 2nd Bug is a bad one. It is not possible to use Inspiration anymore. The inspiration counter is allways at 0. Only way to get around those bugs is to reinstall the old Version... But in the old Version u can only use 1 flourish per Turn... I would kill for a fix :D
EDIT: I spend the morning to get into modding myself. And i could fix the mod for me. The bug is caused through "actionresourcedefinitions" wich is a known problem. Mods using this function corrupt saves after deinstalling and i could not find a solution for this. What i did is setting flourish-charges to "0". So now i am able to use flourish with every attack again. Wich is mandatory for bardadin builds. Now i can finish my honour run.
Ah, shame you've trimmed it down to just the added features, I was hoping for a version of the original mod that would be kept up to date (plus your tweaks, which I like) - the original mod hasn't been touched since September 2023 so it's kind of falling by the wayside.
Sorry. I decided to remove the duplicate features because I noticed that there is a version of Bard Fixes and Tweaks called - Bard Fixes and Tweaks - Overpowered Version. In that version, the melee flourish can hit the same enemy twice. So to keep my mod from becoming obsolete, I just left the change that makes the most sense to me. I'm very new to the world of bg3 modding, so it would be very difficult for me to maintain a mod of the caliber of Bard Fixes and Tweaks. Maybe in the future I can add more things or even create a mod that meets the needs you mentioned. Thanks for share your thoughts!
just a question after the update: ranged flourish, can target the same enemy twice in base game, right? you only adjust the meele version to ALSO be able to target the same enemy twice + no cone, right?

Yes, this is mod is pretty the same as the original mod Bard Fixes and Tweaks (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/866?tab=description). Wich means that has all the features. So, the original mod it is always better stable, updated, polished and fair.
However, my mod just changes two features over the original mod :
MakesSlashing Flourish (Ranged) ability works as the same as the standard game. In the original Bard Fixes and Tweaks, the Slashing Flourish (Ranged) ability is modified to prevent the player select the same target to attack twice. In this version of the mod, you can select the same target twice, making the ability works as the same in the default game.
Slashing Flourish (Melee) has all the modification as the original mod Bard Fixes and Tweaks, but, I remove the fair balanced that the original mod gives to this ability. In my version, you can select the same target twice with this ability as well the ranged version.
The main reason I create this mod, is to make the school of the swords more fun in my vision, letting the player select two target (even the same) in the Slashing Flourish (Melee) ability as well in the Ranged version.

BUT i cant use both mods as their names are the same so they overwrite each other in the files for BG3 mods.
if you could change the name or something like that so i just load your mod after the other mod and your changes will overwrite only those 2 changes in that case.
