   Could you make a version where it's still only one hit but with a short rest cd? I prefer the one round nova playstyle. Just need more of it per day.

   Ooooh, I like what you did here. Hm. I definitely agree your Balanced option is more in line with game balance, and brings it up to a fair level. But I also feel like there are a lot of really good amulets out there that this has to compete with, so I actually think that the stronger version is almost necessary to actually make it stand out. That's my take on it, at least.
