   After removing all mods, and all other overrides, with only "Yellow Arrow Dialogue Icon" left.
   With a fresh new game, clicking nursery on Nautiloid, game is unable to display dialogue with choices. Hence, stuck. I can hit escape and see the menu for save, load, quit, etc.
   
   BG3 v4.1.1.6072089 ( Patch Patch7_Hotfix3 )
   Mod v1.0.0.0
