Increased time between goblin spawns somewhat, made it much more random. Removed combat log Wild Magic roll spam.

Potion may be found in the following locations: Tutorial Chest on the Nautilus The Halfling vendor in the Druid's Grove (Act 1). The Harper Quartermaster vendor in Last Light's Inn (Act 2). Sticky Dondo in the Lower City Guild Hall (Act 3).
Goblins drop gold, scrolls (1-3 of varying rarities) and health potions (10). Goblins will, on occasion (20% chance), drop additional weapons. Some may be mildly interesting, others are wildly powerful. Catch them if you can!
For more shenangians, try Stop Those Thieves instead. All the goodness of Treasure Goblins, coupled with robbery!
