I'm really confused, and I'm not sure if you can help. This worked on one play through, but as soon as I started a new game, it hasn't worked? I've reinstalled it, and it's even last in my load order. What happens is that I get the animation and circle of Shadowheart doing an AOE move, but it doesn't actually kick in or even show the option for it in dice rolls.
Edit: Also, if I uninstall it, and start a fresh run, Guidance does nothing at all, and tells me everyone is an invalid target. I also use the one that should make it +2d4, and it's only showing as the original bonus... but does show 60ft/AOE?
Edit 2, March 7, 2024: I have absolutely no idea why, but mid play through this has decided to work again? 5eSpells updated, maybe there was some kinda conflict there? I'm not gonna question it.
Thanks for the mod! The effect to make it end at long rest is staying, but the change to 6d6 seems to not be working for whatever reason. Tried it at both the Start and end of my modlist. Any suggestions?
I'm not sure if this is doable or not, but is there a way to make it so you have to succeed a roll to keep guidance on combat start, or remove the effect entirely upon starting combat? I rarely use guidance during combat but I almost always have it on at least one party member outside of combat.
You would need to use a version where it's a concentration effect, that way if the caster get's attacked it can get turned off, or if they cast a different concentration spell or stop concentrating on that one it ends, that's the closest you are likely to get to what you are after.
Do you use any other mods? ive tried three different versions (including the one you recommended and none work anymore. Is there a mod load order that works?
I am using the Ultimate Guidance Supreme build but it seems like she still has all her skills as Concentration. Is there something wrong with it or can it be that it clashes with the Cleric mod?

What do I need to add to the modsettings file if I'm installing this manually?
Edit: put last in load order
