1) Install the ImprovedUI mod
2) Install this mod using BG3 MM
3) Equip the skin (button in bottom left corner during skill checks)
Manual Installation:
1) extract .pak from downloaded zip into your mods folder
(location: AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods)
2) Update modsetting.lsx file with the following:
