   Looks like an awesome mod, but if you are past Act 1, which a lot of people are, you will not be able to buy this. Can you make this available form ALL vendors? or have it in the tutorial chest which there is a mod that can spawn it at anytime for mods. Thanks

      Hey there I updated this a couple of days ago to have vendors in act II and act III. I've been reluctant to put stuff to the tutorial chest cus I'm not sure if it's a vanilla thing that mods just allow you to access or if it is mod created. I'm looking into that. But yeah as I figure out more about vendors and treasure tables (inventories) I'll update with more vendors. The description of the mod now has a list of vendors. If you need any more information let me know. Thanks very much.

   Let me know if you can do a version with just INT at 20.  I don't want my character to be too OP.

      Just added in vendors for act II and III. if you'd like anymore vendors from Act III added, please just ask and I'll get to it on next update.
